What's up?
I just wanted to shoot over some info on this new 4-week KB/BW strength plan - here is the link to check it out:

You can do this training plan at home / on your own / etc, and it's focused towards helping you gain strength / muscle with just a couple of kettlebells and your own bodyweight.
You don't need to use heavy weights to get results with this plan.
The course includes the "1.0" version of Kettlebell / Bodyweight Hybrid Strength Training (an additional 4-week training plan) and a 14-day Metabolic Reset diet to help you jump start things and get the best results.
