I was in constant pain 😧

Published: Wed, 09/21/22

I played competitive sports for nearly 20 years, and they were some of the best days of my life.

The experiences I had and the lessons I learned have made me who I am today!

However, I must also mention that I was in quite a lot of pain during the last few years of college, and throughout my time in the NFL.

Injuries were a big part in my decision to retire from football, which is a story for another day.

But I mention this because it has allowed me to HELP people in my current work as a coach, writer, and speaker.

This is because when my career was over, the damage my body sustained from playing football unfortunately stayed with me.

I got certified as a Corrective Exercise Specialist in an attempt to resolve my own pain issues... I started practicing Yoga... and even went back to school to get my Master's Degree in Corrective Exercise...

...I learned how to control my pain and move more efficiently and live a healthy lifestyle through all of this!...

...and I realized that many of the personal training clients I was seeing were struggling with chronic pain and injuries as well.

The bottom line is this: you know you need to stretch and recover to keep your body from getting sore and tired, to prevent aches and pains, and to recover faster from your training. But you don't know exactly what to do … and / or you don't take the time to do it.

This is the situation the vast majority of my training clients are in.

And so I created the 28-day Kettlebell Mobility Challenge program - based on years of trial and error – to address this problem.
