Wanted to send a reminder your way on the 28-day Kettlebell Mobility Challenge we have starting tomorrow, Monday, September 25th!

This is a 28-day challenge designed to help you improve your movement, improve recovery time, and decrease pain using the combination of kettlebells and mobility training.

We even do a series of range of motion tests at the beginning and end of the challenge that you can have a quantifiable way to measure your progress.
