Hybrid Kettlebell Muscle vs Bodybuilding Workout [print this out]

A couple of years ago, I traveled to Italy to re-certify as a StrongFirst Lifter (SFL).
It was an AMAZING trip!
I often think about what an incredible time I had—I'm still very grateful for it.
It was interesting to observe the way people had trained leading up to the event. There was a clear difference between the two groups.
You had the folks who likely were doing a blend of kettlebells and barbells and bodyweight (like Hybrid Kettlebell Muscle!) ... and they were able to do the required exercises (Zercher, front, and back squats, good mornings, deadlifts, bench press, Military press) for the most part with solid form, and ended up passing the technique requirements.
Then you had the guys and gals who had probably been taking more of the "bodybuilding" approach ... where they were likely doing a lot of isolation-type exercises, splitting their bodyparts up and training one or two on different days, etc ... and a lot of them STRUGGLED.
They were jacked up (as in big and strong) for sure!
But when it came to pressing a barbell into a good position overhead, or squatting to depth while maintaining a neutral spine ... a lot of them simply couldn't do it.
They didn't have the mobility and/or strength (in the right places) to make it happen.
And they ended up not passing the certification technique tests as a result.
Now. If you just want to be all "show" and no "go" - I think a more traditional, bodybuilding-style program is fine. You WILL get bigger muscles training this way.
However, if you want to get strong and muscular ... WHILE staying lean, and athletic, and mobile - at the SAME TIME ... I suggest Hybrid Kettlebell Muscle.
And in this new program, you are going to learn how to properly combine the traditional barbell lifts (squat, bench, deadlift) with kettlebells, for the perfect balance.
I think it's one of the best around for this specific type of training and goals.
As a matter of fact, I don't know of anything out there that's exactly like it.
Check the program out at the link below - but hurry, the re-launch sale ends at midnight tonight:
