I have a link to a new training program from my friend Nick Nilsson, the "Mad Scientist of Muscle", that I wanted to send your way to check out:

It's a training plan that will help you gain strength and muscle WITHOUT joint-crushing weights, marathon workouts, or injuries.

If your body is beat up from previous hard training, sports, or injuries, this is specifically for you!

You see, to build muscle over 40, you need to stay away from the high-intensity training that can lead to a cortisol spike. According to reserach (see the page linked below), high-intensity workouts can increase cortisol production by 97%.

Now, don't get me wrong, high-intensity training certainly has its benefits. However, it takes a lot out of your body and can be tough to recover from, especially as you get older and your recovery resources start to dwindle.

So instead, Nick focuses on training density—not intensity—for the best results.

What is training density?

It's a measure of how much work you can do in a certain timeframe. For example, if you bench press 200 lbs twenty times in 10 minutes, that works out to a "density" of 400 pounds per minute. If you can do 25 reps in 10 minutes next workout, that's a density of 500 pounds per minute.

This increase in density means an increase in total workload, and your body responds to that training stimulus by building MUSCLE.

With the "Time-Volume Training" plan, there is NO cortisol spike to sabotage your muscle growth and recovery. You'll see amazing results from this type of training.

Check out the details on how it all works and pick up a copy of the program at the link below:

If you give it a try, be sure to let me know about your results!
