28-Day Kettlebell Keto Challenge

I'm usually pretty skeptical when it comes to new diet trends. 

I've been working out and eating right very consistently for the past 27 years, and I've seen a lot of fads come and go, to say the least! 

Right now, there's a lot of talk about the keto diet. Several friends and family members are doing it in the new year. So I looked into it and did a little research. 

Here's my conclusions so far:

-- The keto diet can potentially provide some health benefits
-- The keto diet allows you to eat foods that you may enjoy
-- The keto diet can help you drop some of the extra pounds

Combine keto with kettlebells, and now you're really taking things to the next level!

Now to be clear, I'm not convinced that it's necessarily BETTER than other methods out there... however if it sounds appealing to you and it will be an improvement in your eating habits in general, I think it's fine and worth giving a try!
