Before you check it out though, let me tell you a little about how to ACTUALLY get six-pack abs. This really grinds my gears....



The phrase "results are 90% diet!" is sometimes used to describe the importance of diet in relation to weight loss, fat loss, and overall health.

Well, that's not entirely true.

Of course, diet is important. If you just diet and don't exercise at all, you will lose weight. But you'll just be a smaller version of yourself.

If you want to lose weight and add lean muscle, tone up, and transform your body, it's a combination of your diet, the right workouts, and consistency. You also have to be willing to adjust your approach as needed based on how your body is responding.
