How To Progress Faster With Your Pull-Ups: Level 1-10
Published: Sat, 10/29/22
The pull-up is a highly potent exercise for developing upper body strength, a rock-solid core, and comprehensive physical fitness.
Those who can effortlessly hop up on a bar and perform pull-ups on command are demonstrably strong and healthy!
If you are looking to do more pull-ups, I have an excellent new resource for you. It is called "Physique Zero" Pull Up Progression Method, and it is actually a free BONUS program you receive when you purchase the Physique Zero course:
-> "Physique Zero" Pull Up Progression Method + Full 12-week Bodyweight Strength plan
This is how it works:
1. You "test out" at the start of the program to set a baseline and goal for the end of the routine.
2. You choose the "phase" to begin with depending on your skill level - there are 10 levels in total.
I completed a very similar routine with the same principles that took me from being able to do 6 pull-ups to 13 in 10 weeks, in preparation for the last Tactical Strength Challenge I competed in.
If you're looking to do more pull-ups, this is a great resource - you get a full at-home bodyweight strength program to go with it!
