New Unique KB Workout for Strength, Fat Loss, + Recovery (also joint-friendly)

Yesterday, I was chatting with the parent of another kid at my six-year-old's birthday party. He's the head football coach at a local high school, and he also teaches weight training. This got me thinking about all the different types of strength training I've done over the years. And since we're talking about isometrics this week in the KB Basics newsletter, it made me think specifically of a track coach that we shared a weight room with in college who used to do some pretty unorthodox stuff with his athletes.

He would do a type of what's called "overcoming" isometrics, which means trying to move an unmovable object. A very simple example is the wall push exercise, where you try to push against a wall and hold it. He would actually have athletes do a isometric deadlift sort of thing and hold various positions resisting against a barbell in a smith machine.

Overcoming isometrics can be great for maximal muscle activation, nervous system stimulation, breaking strength plateaus, and more. That's why we use various versions of them in my new training program, Kettlebell Isometrics.

You see, I often ask my clients what their fitness goals are, and most of the time it comes down to a few key things:

- Burning body fat
- Gaining new lean muscle
- Improving conditioning
- Improving overall fitness
- Preserving joints
- Improving recovery time

However, the workouts that used to help accomplish all of these goals in our 20s and 30s just don't work as well anymore. We're dealing with injuries, a less mobile and stiffer body, longer recovery times, and more. That's why I specialize in coming up with new training plans that take all of these factors into account and help you get even better results than before!

And now I'd like to introduce you to Kettlebell Isometrics:

The kettlebell's unique shape allows for a variety of exercises that work multiple muscle groups at once, making it a great tool for full-body workouts.

Isometrics are a type of exercise that involve muscle contractions without any visible movement in the joint. This is achieved by applying force against an immovable object or a partner, or by holding a muscle in a contracted position. Examples of isometric exercises include holding a plank, wall sits, and pushing against a door frame.

COMBINING kettlebells and isometrics is almost the perfect combination to get the best of both worlds!

The only drawback is, to my knowledge, there is not a single program that combines kettlebells and isometric training on the market today - until now.

Kettlebell Isometrics is a new program that will challenge you like never before. But if you want to get in on the action, hurry - the launch sale is ending. Click the link below now:
