20-minute, ab-focused kettlebell workout

I had tried pretty much everything, and nothing seemed to be working.

Everything I tried - diet, exercise and supplements - just wasn't getting me the results I wanted.

And with my 40th birthday looming in the horizon, it felt like it was now or never.
