Quick and Easy Meals for Fat Loss Over 40

As I've gotten older, I've realized that I can't eat the same way I used to and stay in shape.
You see, when I was younger, I could eat out frequently and drink alcohol without gaining weight.
But as I hit my mid-30s, I slowly started putting on weight. It wasn't extreme, but I noticed it!
So, I decided to get back in peak shape a couple of years ago. I dialed in my kettlebell workouts for my goals. And I seriously changed
my diet.
It was hard at first, but now I'm 15 pounds lighter and feel great!
The reality of the situation is that if you're over 40, you need to be more careful about what you eat if you want to stay in shape.
Like it or not, it's reality :)
One thing that has been extremely helpful for me in reaching my goals is having a variety of quick, healthy meals that I enjoy and can easily make.
