I just wanted to shoot over some info on this new 4-week KB/BW fat shred program / challenge - here is the link to check it out:

You can do this training plan at home / on your own / etc, and it's focused towards helping you shred maximum fat and gain lean muscle at the same time with just a couple of kettlebells and your own bodyweight.
These are performace-based workouts, so you'll be able to measure your progress at the beginning and end of the month.
The course also includes KettlebellBasics WODS - EMOM Gainz Edition, the 14-day Metabolic Reset diet, and KB Shred Follow-Along videos to help you jump start things and get the best results.
