This workout plan is perfect for people who want to gain functional strength and muscle with kettlebells. The program can be done any time, any place, in about 3-4, 20-30 minute workouts per week.
The classic 5x5 workout is a tried-and-true training method that uses compound exercises to help you build size and strength. We're adapting this program to use kettlebells instead of barbells!
Kettlebells are also known to be gentle on the joints and improve movement and mobility.
