EMOM workouts involve completing a specific number of reps for each exercise in under 60 seconds, allowing the remaining time in the minute for recovery. This intense and effective style of training keep the workouts fast-paced, interesting, and fun!
What's even better is the "Afterburn" effect, scientifically known as excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC). "Afterburn" causes your body to continue burning additional energy long after you've finished your workout. Research has proven that EMOM-style workouts can help you burn fat for up to 24 hours!
