Welcome to my world :)
I know how it feels to be strong, lean, athletic, and enjoy life to the fullest.
But it wasn't always like this.
Far from it.
I used to basically just lift heavy weights, and gave little consideration to body fat percentage, or proper movement, or general health for that matter.
I was strong, but also pretty fat, and not really in all-around physical shape.
Let me ask you this ...
... how many guys or gals do you see working out regularly, but not have a whole lot to show for it?
They can lift a lot of weight, or do a lot of impressive stuff at the gym ... but when it comes to doing anything athletic outside of that, or taking their shirt off at the beach, they fail to impress?
