💪 the Lean and Jacked KB Special 💀

The program that people stayed in the longest on average by FAR at our Sacramento kettlebell gym was called "Lean and Jacked"

Why? - because it got RESULTS!

#1 goal of the program was to get JACKED - we used progressive, professionally designed strength training that centered around the big barbell lifts (squat, bench, deadlift)... people saw their numbers go up month over month, and as a result got to enjoy all the positive benefits this provided.

#2 goal of the program was to get LEAN - we incorporated HIIT, kettlebell training and more to be sure that it was NOT your average bodybuilding-style workout, but rather one that built functional strength where participants got better at their chosen sport / life activity / etc, all without getting injured.

However, I know that if you're reading this email, chances are you are NOT in Sacramento, CA, and you can't make it to train with us at my (previous) kettlebell gym (now under new ownership and called Flex16 - check it out if you're in the area!)
