Kettlebell Workout to Get Jacked, Lean and Strong:

I just officially signed up for not one, but two events in early June.
These events will require pretty different skill sets:
1 - a "Push/Pull" (deadlift / bench) meet at my local gym
2 - a Spartan Race in Indiana that's a couple hour drive from a business meeting I'm going to be attending that week
Crazy thing is, the dates of these two events are only about a week apart!
Being ready and able to do decently well at both things will require me to be strong AND in top cardio condition - put simply, Lean and Jacked! ;)
I have about 12 weeks to prepare though, so I feel pretty good about it.
