We did a 300-rep kettlebell Challenge for the boot camp workout here at our studio in KC last Saturday, and people loved it.
It was the kind of workout that you might say would eliminate boredom, deliver shocking results, and keep a person coming back for more! ;)

Do as many reps as you can of each move in 60 seconds. No rest between moves (running clock). Do three rounds total. Can you get 300 reps?!?
- Kettlebell Swings, Any Style!
