Suspension training is a great way to exercise using your own body weight.

It's awesome for a full-body workout, and you can do lots of different exercises with it.

It's also a great addition to your kettlebell workouts!

When you do suspension training, you use your muscles in your chest, back, shoulders, arms, legs, and core.

Plus, you need to use your core muscles to stay stable, which helps with balancing and coordination.

Now, imagine combining this with kettlebell workouts. Suspension training helps you with stability and flexibility, while kettlebell workouts build strength. You get everything you need for complete strength and health!

Suspension training is also easy on your joints, which is super important. This is a big reason I use suspension trainers every day in my workouts with personal training clients.

Another great thing is that you can take both suspension gear and kettlebells anywhere. Just find a good spot, and you're all set for a killer workout.
