And, now he’s 55 years old!
How does he continue to do it?
Well, part on it is his exercise regime obviously.
But what I want to share with you today is his nutrition.
Because that’s another MAJOR component of how he gets into, and keeps, such awesome shape.
In some recent interviews, Jackman says he does intermittent fasting.
What this basically involves is that he fasts and eats for certain intervals
throughout every day.
Eating this helps with:
– Burning more body fat
– Secretion of more growth hormone
– Improved mental clarity
And so on.
When I want to lean up WITHOUT being a complete psychopath measuring every calorie
and macro I eat, It’s also what I personally do as well.
