I have some big news to share: FVT Warrior Wellness (our health and wellness studio for Ageless Warriors 40 and up) is now open at our new location!
You may remember I moved from Northern California to the Kansas City area in 2022. At first I worked from home, managed our Sacramento gym remotely and focused
heavily on our online kettlebell programs and challenges.
Towards the end of 2023 we had the opportunity to sell our Sacramento gym. After much consideration we decided to sell. The gym now has a new owner and a new name: Flex16.
But selling the gym made me realize how much I missed in-person training. So we decided to open a new studio here in KC. We started with a 600 sq ft
space for the first 18 months. As our groups grew we needed more space so we found a 1200 sq ft location, made a deal, did a light build out, set up our gear and have been training clients there for a few days now. It’s been awesome!
One thing that’s made this transition easier is our library of kettlebell workout plans. They’re all set and ready to go so I don’t have to spend hours planning.
This got me
thinking: these ready-made kettlebell workouts could be super valuable for others whether training clients or personal workouts. That’s why I’m excited to introduce:
