20 Minute KBs for Abs Workout

Leading up to my 40th birthday, I was feeling really discouraged about my progress on achieving a strong, lean, defined midsection.
Despite trying various diets, workouts, and supplements, nothing seemed to work quite like I hoped!
But I wasn't ready to give up just yet - I knew there had to be a solution out there. I wanted to be in my best shape EVER at 40.
So, I came up with a plan. I designed a kettlebell-focused training program that targeted my abs from all angles. I was short for time, so it was based around 20-30 minute KB workouts, done 3-4 times per week. I combined this with some
tweaks and added focus on my diet.
And guess what?
It worked!
I turned 40 on April 16th, 2021... and so far, I've been able to maintain (and even improve) on my conditioning, using these same principles.
I've passed these principles on to hundreds of personal training clients in that time frame.
And now I've put this information into a 28-day Challenge, so that hundreds and thousands more can benefit too, from anywhere in the world!
