This is a special 28-day kettlebell Challenge that we are running,
specifically for people aged 40 and up who want to get a stronger core, improve their posture, and lean / tone their midsection - just in time for the summer!
See, Kettlebells are one of the best strengthening tools for abs, because the dynamic nature of kettlebell exercises makes them particularly
effective for forcing the core to work hard in a different way.
Whether you are doing:
- Turkish get ups
- Renegade Rows
- Windmills
- Carries
...or any other unique kettlebell
movement... your abs never stop working!
In this Challenge, you'll do 3-4, 20-30 minute abs-focused kettlebell workouts each week, paired with a big focus on nutrition to help you get the focused results you know you are capable of.
We're running the Challenge through a new app - which people have been asking about for a long time! - that makes following along and tracking your progress a LOT easier.
I even have a variety of live workshops and follow-along style videos you can do includes as bonus materials when you sign up, so that no matter when, where, or how you like to do your workouts, you're covered.
