As someone who travels for work, fun, and

This is something I started over 12 years ago, and it's totally been a game-changer for how I feel and
function throughout the day.

This routine makes me better not just mentally but physically, too. It gives one a boost of energy and reminds one to move more during the day and always keep performing at the best level.Â
