It’s almost Independence Day! While it’s a time for BBQ’s, fireworks and patriotic activites, it doesn’t mean you have to skip your kettlebell workouts. Traveling or being off your regular routine is no excuse to miss out on your fitness goals. All you need is a plan and a kettlebell.

15-Minute Pull-Up / TGU / KB Swing / HIIT Circuit
Complete as many rounds
as possible in 15 minutes:
- Pull-Ups: Max reps minus two (example - if you can do five pull ups in a single all-out set, you'd do sets of three for this workout)
- Turkish Get-Up: 1 per side (choose a weight that challenges you, but still allows you to use perfect form!)
- Single-Arm Kettlebell Swings: 10 per side (Rx is 20-24k for men; 12-16k for women)
- Run, Air Bike, or Jump Rope: 60 seconds (any form of cardio here that allows you to go
hard and get your heart rate up for the minute will work)
