To prepare for their roles, the cast used a brutal workout routine designed to build both strength and endurance, and it got a lot of attention in the fitness world.
Inspired by this, around 2010, I decided to create my own kettlebell-based spin on the “300 workout” for a website called EZineArticles.com, which no longer exists, but was very popular at the time. I ended up publishing over 100 articles on the website, and my kettlebell “300” became a huge hit.
Over the years, I didn’t stop. I kept evolving and tweaking different versions of the 300 workout,
creating a "300 Kettlebell Challenge" program that has sold thousands of copies, in dozens of countries around the world.
My clients also loved it so much that it became a regular part of my boot camp and personal training sessions. The challenge is tough, but it’s doable, and that sense of accomplishment keeps clients coming back and pushing for more.
After over a
