I’ll give you kettlebell workouts that are
intense and efficient, designed to get you fat loss and strength in minimal time. These routines are inspired by the Spartan ethos—discipline, resilience and pushing through physical and mental barriers (hence the “Spartan” theme for the Challenge.)
A very unique part of this challenge is the personalized meal plan you’ll get if you’re one of the first 15 to sign up. Normally I charge $99 for this service alone but it’s yours
for free as part of the challenge. The meal plan will be tailored to your specific calorie and macro needs, food preferences and schedule. You’ll get three meal options for breakfast, lunch and dinner, plus two snacks and even vegetarian options if needed. Again - I do NOT do this with 95% of my challenges so if you struggle with your nutrition this would be a great one to get in on.
