20 Pounds in 6 Weeks Kettlebell Challenge - Day 1 Workout
Complete 4 rounds, resting 60 seconds between rounds. Each movement is performed for 45 seconds with a 15-second rest between movements.
- KB Swings
-> One-Arm KB Swings -> Snatches
- Knee Push Ups -> Elevated Push Ups -> Standard Push Ups -> Hand-Release Push-ups
- Goblet Squats
- Outside-feet 1-arm KB Rows (22.5 seconds per side)
- Jumping Jacks
– Can you get 300 total reps?
This workout burns approximately 450 calories in just 24 minutes of work.
Combine that with the finisher, and you’ll burn around 490 calories!
FINISHER
Running clock - 60 seconds of work, rest is transition time between moves. Repeat 2 rounds:
- Chair Pose to Calf Raise
- Plank to Down Dog Flow
- Boat Pose
- Bridge Pose with Leg Lift (alternate legs)
