"Throwback" KB Workout [pic]

I was going through some of my old photos earlier today, and I realized something:

I've been doing this kettlebell thing for a while now!

I found this photo from 11 or 12 years ago, taken around 2010:



I'm in the back of my old personal training studio - in swim trunks and Vibram slippers for some unknown reason 🤣 - breaking down kettlebell exercises for a YouTube video.

Back in those days, honestly most people didn’t even know what a kettlebell was.

All I knew is that after my training partner put me through a 20-minute circuit with a 35 pound KB for the first time (which I thought was going to be WAY to light at the time!), I was TORCHED… and I was hooked 🙂

I couldn’t BELIEVE what a great full-body workout I got in such a short amount of time. It was unlike anything I’d ever experienced in my life!
