How I lost 64 pounds in 7 months

After a 14 year football career, including two years in the NFL, I had "retired"... and within a matter of months, found myself very out of shape.

I really wanted to trim down and get healthy, but as strange as it might sound, I wasn't sure where to start.

The new goals I had were quite different from what I had trained for throughout my athletic career. I didn’t want to get ripped and jacked as much as I wanted to lean down, feel great, and be healthy.

And although I was SUPER disciplined during my athletic career . . . for various reasons, I had slipped out of good habits and fallen into some not-so-good ones.

So I learned, I researched . . . I read every book and watched every DVD I could get my hands on . . .

I put what I learned to work, and I ended up losing sixty-four pounds in seven months. 

I’ve managed to keep the weight off over fifteen years later!
