My NYE was a LOT milder than it has been in years past, that's for sure 🤣
I just finished up a nice breakfast with the family and thought I'd send a quick note on our upcoming "12 in 12" KB Transformation Challenge.
We have gotten a TON of interest in this one, literally hundreds of inquiries.
We are doing our best to get back to everyone, but please understand that it's a Holiday weekend, and our staff is out of the office until Monday 🙏

I thought I'd do my best to answer some of the questions that have come in so far about the 12 in 12 KB Transformation Challenge. Here goes:
-- "When do the classes start?"

-- "I'm interested...does it matter that I'm a vegan?"
I will be totally honest in saying that a vegan diet is out of my area of expertise. I think you’re going to get the best results working with someone who specializes in that area.
-- "Are the exercises easy to modify with equipment on hand … or if it’s best to just use kettlebells for best results"
The exercises we use in the workouts are definitely kettlebell - based. If you have a little training background, understand how to modify / swap exercises,

-- "...class size, schedule?"
There are two main components of this Challenge: The workouts and the nutrition. I am going to tell you exactly what to do for your workouts - I'll give you the option of written, walk-through videos, or full-length follow-along videos. These are done at home, on your own. I am going to do the same thing with the nutrition, but we also will meet once per week on a Zoom call to check in, go over homework, answer questions, etc. We also have a private group set up for the Challenge where you

PERFECT! These workouts are designed to be short and efficient. Done as written, they should take you around 30 minutes to complete.
