Honore was out of shape, and knew he needed serious help.
He worked out every day, was pretty strong, and was even in decent cardio shape.
His problem was that couldn't keep up with a fitness meal plan for more than 2 or 3 weeks at a time. He was quickly getting bored trying to eat "clean", and going back to his old habits.
