Here's how it works:

- Every day for 30 days, we'll will lead you through a 10-15 minute flexibility / mobility / core strengthening session.
- The videos are in real-time, follow-along format - you'll just press "play" and do the stretches and exercises exactly as we outline.
- The sessions are a mix of yoga poses, static stretching, dynamic stretching, core exercises, and more.
- At the beginning of the Challenge, we do a few simple movement "tests" so that you can see how you progress over the 30 days.
- At the end of the Challenge, you take the "tests" again and see how you've improved.
- You get lifetime access to the recordings so that you can go back and do your favorite workouts - or even do the entire Challenge over! - as many times as you like.

The bonus materials - REGENERATE with 14 additional three to five minute stretching sequences designed to use after your workouts, and SPORT YOGA with 7 additional 45-minute yoga sessions, can be used at any time during the Challenge or afterwards to keep improving and maintain your gains.
