It's a bodyweight - based, "no gym" six week training plan.
It is super simple, but uses your own bodyweight for gaining strength and losing body fat ...
... AND getting you into awesome cardio shape ...
... AND improving your power, mobility, and balance!
I based it around the training I did the summer before my 1st year of college football ... which was based on Hershel Walker's bodyweight training plan.
