KB Hybrid Training is "Getting People Jacked & Ripped"

The program that people stay in the longest on average by FAR at our Sacramento, CA kettlebell gym is called "Lean and Jacked"

Why? - because it WORKS to get people jacked and ripped!

#1 goal of the program is to get JACKED - we use progressive, professionally designed strength training that centers around the big barbell lifts (squat, bench, deadlift)... people see their numbers go up month over month, and as a result get to enjoy all the positive benefits this provides.

#2 goal of the program is to get LEAN - we incorporate HIIT, kettlebell training and more to be sure that it's NOT your average bodybuilding-style workout, but rather one that builds functional strength where participants get better at their chosen sport / life activity / etc, all without getting injured.

And again, 90% of the clients that get into this program stay for years, because it flat-out works.
