I've had a few questions about what it looks like to work with me in my 1-1 kettlebell coaching program.
Honestly, when I work with a client 1-1, the first thing I like to go for is helping them get some quick wins!
Each person is different, so maybe that looks like giving a person some specific drills to improve their KB clean form, after I review one of their technique videos.
For the next person, it could mean adding in some specifically designed kettlebell workouts to crank up their metabolism and start burning fat fast.
It might even be changing some basic nutrition habits, and helping them drop 3-5 pounds in the first week or two of the program.
Here's what it looks like to work with me in my 1-1 kettlebell coaching program:
We work together for a defined time period, typically 12 weeks.
When we first get started, I design you a custom kettlebell workout program based on your specific goals, needs, and more.
We also build you out a custom nutrition and overall lifestyle plan, so that you have the complete blueprint to succeed.
Then we keep in close contact via my special training software, regular messages, and calls / Zooms as needed.
It's different for everyone, because some people want to learn the basics of KBs primarily, so we're working on refining form via video clips and
feedback after each workout...
...some people really want to focus on fat loss, so we're more focused on workout consistency and nutrition...
...and some people want to get stronger, so we're really emphasizing the progressive overload element, and challenging our muscles a little more each week.
Anyway, this is a very limited program, because I guard my time and want to give my current clients the best possible results...
...but right now, I've opened up a few spots in my 1-1 personalized KB coaching program.
