“Anabolic Reload” Drop Set + Pump Method (try this next workout!)

Published: Fri, 09/07/18

Years ago, I would work out for 90 minutes (or more) per day.

Which was fine when I was 19 years old, my test levels were at an all-time high, I was single, and I was a full-time student

Now, almost 20 years later, life is FAR different.

I have a family. MORE than a full time job  And many other responsibilities that keep me busy.

So now, I have to take a different approach to training. I simply do not have the time (or recovery ability) that I used to.

This is a big reason why I’m always on the lookout for new techniques that can help me get faster results in shorter time. And I wanted to share one of these new discoveries with you today.

You see, I have been going through the Anabolic Reload program as we’ve been talking and sharing about it over the last few days, and picked up this really cool method. Give it a try at your next workout:

1 – Pick a weight you can get 20-25 reps with. Do your set of 20-25 reps.

2 – After performing the set, rest 35 seconds. During that time, add just enough weight to “fail” at 8 reps. Complete the set.

3 – Wait 10 seconds. Then perform one more set to failure (you’ll probably get 2-4 reps).

With this technique, you will get a KILLER pump … and even more importantly, you’ll get BETTER results, with LESS time in the gym.

Give it a try, and let me know how it goes!

To your success –
