It is designed specifically for men in their 30s, 40s, 50s and beyond, for adding strength and lean muscle (while burning fat, AND boosting test levels, at the same time!), using specially designed, 3x per week, ~30 minute workouts.

The workouts will also save your body and take it easy on your joints - again, specifically designed for the "older" lifter.

I LOVE this program, because it's got old-school "roots" - the workouts "feel" like a throwback to when I first started getting into lifting weights 20 years ago! ... 

BUT, it uses some new techiniques that I am almost positive you haven't tried before ("STX" sets are one example) to help you pack on muscle FAST, and stay injury-free (example linked out at the bottom of this message)

Steve Holman, former editor and chief of Iron Man magazine, is behind this program. Dude is RIPPED at 58 years old (pic on this page) - and he actually USES the methods in the program himself - so you know they work.
