I am pretty excited.

We have been working HARD as a group, since February of this year ...

... training 5-6x per week, FOCUSED on our goal ...

... and now the big day is almost here.

A week from this Saturday, Team FVT is taking on the Spartan Beast in Lake Tahoe.



It's 12-14 miles and 30-35 obstacles, starting at a surface elevation of 6,224 feet and working upwards of 9,000.
