If you are reading this message, you are the type of person that wants to get better in life.
You want to improve yourself, and maximize your potential.
We have been talking about different aspects of this all week in the FVT Newsletter, from recovery methods to supplementation, and more.
Today we are going to rap on the importance of mindset when it comes to your success.
You see, I believe that you already have the tools inside of you to live your greatest life. You can have the body you always dreamed of, and the life that you deserve.
You already know deep down you deserve this, you know that you can do it, but you still have that little voice from time to time that says you can’t.
It’s because you are being held back by the beliefs that have been imposed on you by society.
Here’s the common mentality bred upon us, from the time we are born:
– Go to school
– Get a degree
– Work a mediocre job that pays well
– Get married
– Have kids
– Retire at a very old age
Once we reach this point, we’ve spent an average of 75% of our lives going to school and working a job we hate.
This is not the life you should settle for; this is not the life that makes us want to wake up before our alarm sounds in the morning!
Now, these beliefs were not put upon us with a bad intention. The adults who raised us while we were growing up believed that they were teaching us the best way to live a successful life.
But what is good is that now you see that these limitations are like a noose around your neck.
That while most individuals get the bench kicked out from under them, that you will not be one of those. That you are somebody who took the noose off. That you are now shifting your conscious focus and imprinting the intention to feel your best and perform your best onto your subconscious mind.
So what is the first step in breaking through, getting into to physical shape, and living your best life?
