In our recent survey, we heard from a lot of women saying that we publish a lot of content – emails, blog posts, social posts, workout plans – specific for men, but not as much for women.

So I’m super excited that Sarai, our AMAZING coach at FVT Worldwide, is stepping up and leading the way with our new “Forever Strong – Elite Coaching for the 40+ Woman” program.

Today, I wanted to share a workout with you from Sarai, so that you can get to know her a little better.

Move because your body deserves to be taken care of.

Without it, you’ve got nuthin’!

This was a workout I put my clients through a few months back.

It’s supersets and each one contains a weighted move and a bodyweight move:

– Pushups + shoulder press (do these 1st)
– Jump lunges + Triceps
– Jumping Jack squats + KB Squat rockers.

Do 4 rounds of each superset before moving onto the next.

You can do each move for time or reps.

Top off all three with a fast paced finisher or core work.
