Have you seen the movie, Rocky Balboa?
I've seen all of the Rocky movies several times, and it's in my top 3 favs for sure.
Stallone was 59 years old when in came out in 2006, and he's RIPPED.
One thing he trained with in the movie that he never had before was kettlebells.
