I will just say that I am personally a big fan of this program.  I went through the video training recently, and have used the techniques covered, and it has helped a lot.

Specifically, I am prepping for an SFG II re-cert, coming up here in a couple of weeks, and using a lot of the hip mobility drills and techniques covered has helped BIG time.

I can feel the results. I am generating more power in my legs and whole body, and I am improving my numbers consistently each workout. I think this has a lot to do with the increased mobility and flexibility.

The cool thing is that the 15 minute sequence presented in the training is easy to add into your existing routine.  

And this will make a HUGE difference in how you move and feel in your workouts, and throughout the day.
