week of 12.3.18 training plan

I will be sending it out tomorrow, Sunday, 12.2.18, for week one of the Hybrid KB Training - 6 Week Challenge.

Main points of consideration for this program:

-- This is a 6 week group coaching program with Forest
-- Kicks off Dec 4th; runs thru Jan 13th
-- It is designed for folks looking to gain muscle and strength
-- You will need to be able to commit to training 3x per week
-- You must have no major injuries, and be cleared to work out
-- You must bring a daily positive attitude!

We will be following a similar training template for the 6 weeks.  Workouts will be approx 45 mins in length ... you'll start with a total body warm up ... move to a big barbell lift (with substitute KB movements if you do not have access to a barbell set up) ... then finish with some kettlebell / bodyweight - based work for conditioning.

Each week, you'll get tweaks / updates to progress you thru the program.

I will also send coaching tips / advice / things you can do to improve your form, get as strong as possible, and get as much as you can out of the workouts, as we go.

You'll be required to log your workouts in our private group for accountability.

I will also give you nutrition guidelines to follow to help you reach your strength and muscle goals.
