2 New KB Workouts for Strength + 6 Week Challenge Final Warning

I also wanted to send one final email reminder on our 6 week Holiday GAINZ Challenge.

(Officially, we are on day 2 of the program as a group, but we are accepting applications and new sign ups until midnight tonight. You're still good, but after today, it'll be harder to hop in and catch up.)

This is for anyone who wants to focus on gaining strength and/or muscle.

It's a six week program where I will:

- Send you a detailed, progressive workout plan to follow, where we combine the 'big three' barbell lifts (squat, bench, deadlift) (I actually give alternative options as well if all you have access to is KBs) with kettlebells
- Hold you accountable to your daily workouts
- Give you feedback and tips and tricks to get the most out of your workouts
- Connect you with other folks going through the program at the same time to keep you motivated and on track

This is a serious program, that requires dedication, but through detailed programming and progression, as well as personal coaching and accountability, is going to get you REAL RESULTS.
