Restore muscle balance + gain more core strength

... but I got done an hour or so ago with my early morning boot camp, and I felt compelled.

Thing is, I realize more all the time, as the years go by and I gain more training experience ...

... that more, harder, cooler workouts might be what we (and our clients, if we are fit pros ourselves) WANT ...

... but what we really NEED - like it or not! - is more of this:

Restore muscle balance + gain more core strength

ESPECIALLY as we get a little older :)

Moving better, gaining mobility, getting and keeping a strong core ... THESE are the things that we need to have in place, BEFORE we hammer ourselves with high intensity workouts.
