Here is a sample workout from the CORE Kettlebell 2.0 program:

1 WARM UP

Do the following circuits twice, no rest between circuits. Each exercise
should be done for 30 seconds.

– Easy walking lunges
– Prisoner good mornings
– Push ups
– Jumping jacks

2 MAIN WORKOUT

Complete AMRAP in 15 Minutes:

– 10 Heavy 2-hand KB swings (20k+ women / 28k+ men, if possible)
– 10 Hanging leg raise
– 10 KB goblet squats
– 5 Pull ups OR 10 inverted rows

3 FINISHER

Do the following circuit as many times as possible in 4 minutes, resting only when needed:

– 5 inchworms
– 12 1 arm KB rows per side
– 5 spiderman climbers per side
