Today I have a 3 minute “Kickboxer Abs” Circuit for you to try.
The exercises here are pretty fun and unique.
This is an easy one to add on at the beginning or end of your regular workout, or just knock out any time.

3 Minute Kick Boxer Abs Workout
from Kickboxer Abs 2.0
You’ll be doing the 3 exercises listed below for one minute each. If you want to make this a full workout, you repeat the sequence above 3-4 times. If you want to make it more of a finisher, you can add it on to the end of your existing training program:
– 1-2-1-2 sprawl / burpee
– long plank bird dog
– long plank walk out

By the way – it’s also a better, safer, and more effective approach to training your abs.
Because if, like a lot of people do, you have been doing a lot of sit ups and crunches, this may not be the best approach.
A lot of research shows that crunches and sit ups put compressive forces on your spine that can be quite damaging, especially as you age.
