Next Level Strength Group - new distance option!

Great news!
We have decided to offer a "distance" option for the 12 week Next Level Strength group program we are running at FVT, kicking off this coming week.
If you are looking to take your strength to the next level, bust through a plateau, and meet new goals in 2019, this could be the perfect fit.
Even better, you can now participate from ANYWHERE in the world.
All you need is an internet connection :)
You see, in this special 12 week program, we are going to get you STRONG, and in great shape.
We'll deadlift. We'll work on pull ups. We'll work on snatches.
We'll give you a training plan to do on your own between workouts to maximize your results.
And you'll end up a STRONGER version of yourself at the end!
(Program will also co-inside with Spring TSC event - so that you can test your new found fitness level and see how you stack up! Signing up for the event is a purely OPTIONAL part of the training, it is not required in any way to participate.)
The "in person" folks will meet at our studio once per week for 12 weeks. We'll do a workout together, and then they'll be given programming to follow on their own, for a total of three strength sessions per week.
If you can't make it to our Sacramento, CA facility on Wednesday nights at 6pm for the 12 weeks, but think you could benefit from this training, and have a good feeling that it matches up with your goals, I have GREAT news: we are going to offer a "distance" option for the program as well.
Here's how it works:
- I will send you the full programming each week, so that you'll have an exact plan to follow for the next 12 weeks to become a STRONGER version of yourself.
- Instead of coming in person to our facility each week, I will work with you via my private Elite Coaching group. You'll check in daily with your workouts, so that you're held accountable to sticking to the plan. If you have questions specific to you, you can post them any time. I also do special video coaching, just for this group, to help with refining specific exercises and much more.
You need 1) access to a barbell set up to deadlift at least 1x per week 2) access to a pull up bar at least 2x per week 3) a couple of kettlebells.
It's a full 12 weeks of high-level distance coaching from yours truly.
Just $199 for the entire program.
You could go hire an average personal trainer at your local gym for two or three sessions for the same price, or you could get to work with me for a full 12 weeks.
