In 2005, I was over 300 pounds.
You see, after a 14 year football career, including 2 years in the NFL, I had “retired” ... and within a matter of months, found myself very out of shape.

One huge factor I think that GOT me so out of shape - and this is also true for SO many clients I work with - is that as life progresses, you have less time.
When I was 19 years old, I often slept late, went to class, worked a part time job, studied (a little lol) .. and still had hours of extra time each day.
If I wanted to work out for 2 hours, I easily could.
We used to go to the gym. Do cardio. Then lift. Then do abs. Then stretch.
Today, that would be almost impossible. With working 50 hours per week and running businesses and a young family and church life and so much more .. squeezing 30 mins per day is about all I got.
But fortunately - I discovered kettlebells!
They are the ultimate tool for getting a lot done in a short amount of time.
Now I can get as good (or even better) a workout in about 20 minutes, that's equally (or more) effective, as I used to in 2 hours.
I lost 64 pounds from my high, and have managed to KEEP it off all this time, largely thanks to the power of the kettlebell.
